FreshMarketRow offers a deluxe yacht charter experience, covering activities including, but not limited to:

  • Daily yacht rentals
  • Sunset cruises
  • Company outings
  • Exclusive celebrations
  • Extended charters

Our services depend on vessel availability and weather conditions. We retain the authority to change or discontinue any services as needed.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a charter, the following requirements must be met:

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Submission of valid and complete personal details
  • Payment of a deposit as outlined in your booking confirmation
  • Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking is secured upon receipt of payment and our written confirmation. We reserve the choice to decline service to any individual at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability is contingent on yacht access and favorable weather conditions. We will endeavor to meet your requested schedule whenever feasible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Quoted prices are in € and include all relevant taxes unless otherwise specified. Prices may be adjusted without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the full charter cost, payable at the time of booking
  • Final payment: Due 48 hours prior to the yacht departure
  • Incidental expenses (if any): Payable at the end of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, electronic funds transfers, and certified checks. All payments are processed utilizing secure, encrypted channels.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Over 72 hours prior to departure: Full refund minus any processing fees
  • Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: Refund of 50%
  • Under 24 hours before departure: No refund offered

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If unsafe weather conditions are forecast as determined by our captain, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule the charter to another available date without additional fees
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In case of mechanical issues with the assigned yacht, we will make efforts to supply an equivalent alternative. If no substitute vessel is obtainable, a full refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All passengers are required to:

  • Adhere strictly to all instructions from the crew
  • Utilize safety equipment as directed
  • Declare any health conditions that could affect their safety
  • Stay within permitted areas on board

6.2 Prohibited Items

The items listed below are not allowed on the vessel:

  • Glassware
  • Forbidden substances
  • Weapons or other dangerous items
  • Excessive quantities of drinks beyond reasonable personal consumption
  • Animals, except if previously sanctioned

6.3 Conduct

All passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Should passenger behavior compromise safety or mar the enjoyment of others, we hold the right to terminate the charter prematurely without issuing a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the cost paid for the charter. We are not accountable for:

  • Bodily harm stemming from passenger carelessness
  • Theft or destruction of personal belongings
  • Notional, indirect, or punitive loss
  • Delays resulting from weather or other factors outside our regulation

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We maintain extensive maritime insurance for our fleet and operations. Passengers are advised to procure their own travel insurance and personal property coverage.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

You recognize that maritime activities can be inherently risky and agree to take personal responsibility for your safety when partaking in charter services.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We have the right to alter itineraries, paths, or timetables for reasons such as weather, safety, or operational needs. Our goal is to provide an equivalent alternative experience whenever possible.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or modification due to forces beyond our control, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Regulatory edicts
  • Port discontinuations
  • Yacht malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your private data shall be handled as per our Privacy Policy. By utilizing our services, you consent to our collection and usage of your data in line with the described Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property
